In only ten minutes, Milk describes the touching relationship between a grand-mother and the grand-daughter. The film, starring Kathleen McDermott and Academy Award winner Brenda Fricker, won numerous awards around the world including the Golden Bear for Best Short Film at the Berlin Film Festival 2005. The film played at over one hundred international film festivals and has been broadcast in many countries.

Milk was produced through the GMAC Film short film production and talent development initiative Cineworks.
