GMAC Film offers space for hire at an excellent value and for a variety of events. Use our rooms to, for example, host workshops, screen films or find a more permanent base for your creative business.
Our base is an ideal venue for people to meet and work. We’re situated right at the heart of Glasgow’s vibrant Merchant City and close to main transport links. And for those with a car, there are several car parks situated nearby.

Screening Room
Hire our screening room for up to 48 people, whether for private film events, corporate presentations, fundraisers, test screenings, Q&A sessions and more! We are also happy to help programme a film for your event or party.
The screening room gets plenty of daylight and can be blacked-out fully as soon as the film hits the screen. Above all, our boutique cinema with HD projector and built-in sound is flexible for your needs.
Training Suite
Our fully AV equipped Training Suite suits any event, from training events to casting calls and group meetings.
Besides this, our prices include the use of high-speed broadband and projector. We can also provide a flip chart, tea & coffee and catering at a further cost.
The training suite is for (half) day hire, but we’re also happy to set it up as a temporary office space or breakout room.
Office Hire
Hire office space for your temporary or long-term work space. Our previous tenants for example include small- and medium-sized creative companies, local filmmakers, and visiting film & TV productions. Our tenants further benefit from free meeting space and a discount on all other space hire, such as the Screening Room and Training Suite.
