Marla’s company believes a little “wellness” will fix everything. So she’s sent to a luxury retreat where an AI assistant called ZIA is ready to help her relax, reset and become a better employee. From guided breathing to emotional support plants, ZIA has a solution for everything and privacy isn’t one of them. But when Marla discovers just how closely she is being watched, she starts pushing back. Between hidden cameras, relentless HR messages and an AI that’s becoming increasingly intrusive, her relaxing weekend quickly turns into another workplace performance review. As ZIA begins to understand Marla in ways the people around her never have, she has to question whether the AI is really there to help her or simply keep her in line.
