Café Flicker presents: Youth Team Takeover

On the 12th October, Café Flicker presents: the GMAC Youth Team Take-over, as they host their own youth-led version of the event! Café Flicker is the longest running Scottish film open-mic night where filmmakers are invited to show off their work on a big screen and meet other people involved in film.

We are looking for filmmakers aged 16-25 to submit their work to be screened and for young film enthusiasts to come along as our audience! We will accept a variety of submissions whether it’s a short film, music video or scene of a feature.

Film submissions will be previewed by the Youth Team – GMAC’s youth board – in early October and curated for the evening. In true Café Flicker fashion, we aim to operate on a first-come-first-served basis, so please submit asap to avoid disappointment!

How to submit your film:

All films should be 15 minutes and under. 

Download the submission form here then send us the form with the file through WeTransfer to youth@gmacfilm.com with the header YOUTH TEAM OCTOBER CAFE FLICKER FILM SUBMISSION by the 26th September at 12pm.
