GMAC Action! is an interactive and intensive programme for young people aged-16-25 who are not in education, training or full-time employment.

This programme combined the fundamentals of film-making, youth work and social action, along with opportunities to meet and volunteer with local organisations and community groups based in the Govanhill area. 

Over two weeks participants were introduced to the fundamentals of documentary filmmaking and community engagement. Through our hands-on approach, we supported young people to get hands-on basic camera & sound training and an overview of the post-production process.
