GMAC Film is so pleased to have hosted an event called What it Means to be Me, with Fair Access at the RCS for people with lived experience of the care system, those who are estranged and stakeholders that work in and around the care sector. 

We watched an entertaining and inspiring programme of short films made by and featuring care experienced and estranged young people, followed by a discussion which explored how stories about people in the care system are told and how young people can gain access to the resources and skills to tell their own stories.
